Refund Policy
Effective date: June 28, 2026
1. Scope
This policy applies to paid subscriptions and digital services for Junsheng AI Brain, operated by Junsheng Global Media LLC. Paid plans are not yet available. This policy will apply when checkout is launched.
2. Payment provider
When paid access becomes available, Paddle will act as merchant of record and will process payments, applicable taxes, billing communications, cancellations, and eligible refunds. Your receipt or subscription management page will identify the applicable Paddle transaction.
3. Cancelling a subscription
You may cancel a recurring subscription at any time through the subscription management link in your purchase receipt or account billing page. Unless applicable law requires otherwise, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period and prevents future renewal charges. Access continues until that period ends.
4. Refund eligibility
Refund requests are reviewed under applicable consumer law, Paddle's buyer terms and refund policy, and the circumstances of the transaction. A refund may be available when:
- Applicable law grants a cancellation, withdrawal, or refund right.
- A duplicate or unauthorized charge is confirmed.
- A material technical defect prevents access to the purchased service and cannot be resolved within a reasonable time.
- The service was materially different from the description presented at checkout.
- Paddle or Junsheng approves a discretionary full or partial refund.
Except where required by law or approved under the circumstances above, completed digital service periods and consumed contact credits are generally non-refundable.
5. How to request a refund
- Open the purchase receipt sent by Paddle and select the receipt, subscription management, or support link.
- Alternatively, visit paddle.net and use the buyer support options.
- You may also contact muzi@junshengmedia.com with your account email, transaction number, purchase date, and reason for the request.
Please do not email payment card numbers or other sensitive financial information.
6. Processing time
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method where possible. Processing times depend on Paddle, the payment method, and the customer's financial institution. Access or credits associated with a refunded purchase may be removed when the refund is approved.
7. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy before or after paid plans launch. The version presented at the time of purchase, together with mandatory consumer rights and applicable Paddle buyer terms, will govern the transaction.
