Terms & Conditions
Effective date: June 28, 2026
1. Agreement and operator
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern access to Junsheng AI Brain, a business intelligence product operated by Junsheng Global Media LLC ("Junsheng," "we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
You must be at least 18 years old or the age of legal majority where you live and have authority to accept these Terms for yourself or your organization.
2. The service
Junsheng AI Brain helps users research companies, review publicly available business contact information, save records, examine source evidence, and evaluate commercial opportunities. Features may change as the product develops.
The service does not provide bulk data exports or automated email-sending functionality. We do not authorize use of the service for unlawful surveillance, harassment, spam, discrimination, identity theft, or other harmful conduct.
3. Accounts and security
You must provide accurate registration information, maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials, and promptly notify us of suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless prohibited by law.
We may limit, suspend, or close accounts that violate these Terms, present a security risk, misuse public information, avoid product limits, or interfere with the service.
4. Contact credits and plans
Free accounts currently receive three complimentary contact reveals. Credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred, and may be subject to reasonable anti-abuse limits. The features, prices, renewal period, taxes, and cancellation terms of any future paid plan will be displayed before checkout.
5. Payments, renewals, and cancellation
When paid plans become available, Paddle will act as merchant of record. Paddle will process payment, taxes, receipts, subscription administration, and eligible refunds under the information presented at checkout and applicable buyer terms.
Recurring subscriptions will renew at the stated interval until cancelled. You may cancel through the subscription management link in your Paddle receipt or account billing page. Our Refund Policy explains refund requests and cancellation effects.
6. Acceptable use
You may use the service only for lawful professional and business purposes. You must not:
- Use information for spam, unlawful direct marketing, harassment, discrimination, or deceptive activity.
- Attempt to extract, scrape, copy, resell, republish, or reconstruct the database in bulk.
- Bypass contact credit limits, access controls, rate limits, or security measures.
- Upload malware or interfere with the service, another account, or our providers.
- Submit highly sensitive personal information or confidential third-party data without lawful authority.
- Use AI outputs as the sole basis for legal, employment, credit, healthcare, or other high-impact decisions.
7. Public information and accuracy
Company and professional information may come from public sources and may become outdated, incomplete, or incorrect. Source evidence and confidence labels are provided to help evaluation, but we do not guarantee that every record is complete or current. Users must independently verify information before relying on it or contacting a person or organization.
Requests to correct or remove a public record may be sent to muzi@junshengmedia.com.
8. AI-assisted features
AI-generated summaries, scores, and recommendations are automated outputs and may contain errors. They are provided for research assistance, not as legal, financial, medical, or professional advice. We identify sourced facts and model analysis where reasonably possible. You remain responsible for decisions made using AI output.
9. Intellectual property
Junsheng and its licensors retain all rights in the service, software, design, branding, database structure, analysis methods, and original content. These Terms grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service during your account term. Third-party names, logos, websites, and public materials remain the property of their respective owners.
10. Availability and changes
We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may maintain, modify, discontinue, or replace features, including beta features. Where practical, we will provide notice of material changes affecting paid customers.
11. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" and "as available." We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and accuracy. Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Junsheng will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption arising from use of the service. For a paid claim, our aggregate liability will not exceed the amount paid for the affected service during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
12. Governing terms and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to Junsheng Global Media LLC, without overriding mandatory consumer protections available in your country. Before filing a formal claim, you agree to contact us and allow a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue informally. Payment disputes and statutory buyer rights may also be handled through Paddle under its applicable buyer terms.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect product, legal, or operational changes. The updated version will be posted here with a revised effective date. If a material change affects a paid subscription, we will provide notice where required by law.
